pedagogy
This is based on two logical principles
that are proven in terms of training:
‘’I only learn what I do’’:
It is essential that the learner never
stays passive, and whatever the phase
in the training process.
Our approach deals with the lessons’
interactivity to reach the desired results.
Each learner is led to realize every
manipulation on their own. The program
brings total support to the learner
so he or she is never slowed down in
his or her progression. The display
of an error message notifies him when
he does a bad action.
‘’I learn correctly when
I do it often’’: As soon
as the learner completes the lesson’s
theory part, the program offers him
to go over each manipulation on his
own. He can use help to indicate him
how to do the action, if required. All
the pedagogy is focussed on this action
sequence memorization that will enable
him to get a certain result. Repetition
enables the creation of automatisms,
for the sake of a better productivity.
