Our training’s structures and
granularity
The flexibility of Edu-Performance’s
trainings enables a major reduction
of the average time of training, thus
also reducing the time consecrated to
the work itself.
• Title: A title
is a software version for which we offer
training. A title can correspond to
one or two CD-ROMs. Titles in intranet
or internet amount to 3-6 modules.
• Module: An Edu-Performance
training is made up of several modules
(3 to 6 depending on the title), corresponding
to levels:
• Lesson: Each module
has about 10 lessons focussing on a
given subject. Each lesson is about
20 minutes long.
Short learning sessions have proven
to foster sustained attention with learners,
which is exactly what are trainings
allow.
All our intranet/internet lessons comply
with the AICC (Aviation Industry CBT
Committee) and SCORM (Sharable Content
Object Reference Model) eLearning standards.
Consequently, a lesson is a learning
unit that could be monitored from a
LMS platform (status, time, result,
number of attempts).
• Themes: Each lesson
has 5-7 themes of about 2-3 minutes
long.
This methodology enables quick access
where various subjects treated in the
lessons which allow for an excellent
reference tool for learners in their
development.
